Jeff Raines, Chief Executive Officer
After attending Oregon State University, with an emphasis in Business, Jeff held executive management, CEO and Board of Director positions in the travel and telecommunication industries. He had an integral role in establishing and funding start-up companies, developing and implementing profitable business strategies, and finally in the sale and transition of those successful businesses. On numerous occasions, these companies were recognized regionally and nationally for their business accomplishments, outstanding service to the community and generous financial contributions. Jeff also serves in an advisory capacity or on Boards for numerous civic organizations.

Mark Stapleton, President
After graduating from Willamette University with degrees in Business Administration and Environmental Science, Mark held executive management positions in several consulting and telecommunication businesses. He helped establish and operate two start-up companies, with primary responsibilities for product development, sales, marketing, customer service and public relations. His innovative marketing programs and motivational skills resulted in national recognition by INC magazine as one of the 500 fastest growing private companies in the United States. Mark was also responsible for several corporate divisions which received a number of sales and service related awards.

Lance Stapleton, Director
After earning a B.S. degree in Industrial Construction and a Masters degree in Business from Colorado State University, Lance worked in the Construction, Steel, Transportation, Food, and Telecommunications industries. He worked primarily as an engineering and management consultant on many international and domestic projects in the public and private sectors. He also has executive management experience with responsibilities for product development, pricing strategies, negotiations, and cost containment. He has authored numerous articles, legislative reports, and three books, and has served on several national Boards for conservation organizations and private companies.
